GET TING READY
Q: Are there private spaces available for getting ready?
Yes. The bridal party may use the Riverside Room on the wedding day as a dedicated getting-ready
space. When used in this way, the room remains reserved for the wedding party throughout the
event and may also be used for planning needs. The groom’s party may gather in the Presidential
Boardroom prior to the ceremony. This space is shared with vendors and is thoughtfully partitioned
to ensure comfort and privacy. Groom’s parties are asked to arrive dressed for the wedding day.
Q: Is food available while getting ready on site?
Yes, we offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, snack and beverage options while getting ready. Your
Wedding Specialist can guide you on requirements.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Q: Can we bring in outside food or alcohol?
All food and beverage for wedding celebrations is provided exclusively by Austin Country Club, with
the exception of the wedding cake. Outside catering and alcohol are not permitted.
DÉCOR & STYLING
Q: Are there limitations to decorating the space?
Couples are welcome to personalize their wedding with floral installations, tabletop décor, and
custom design elements. Certain installations and specialty structures require advance planning
and approval to ensure safety and proper installation. Your Wedding Specialist will guide you
through what is possible and help coordinate timing and logistics.
Q: When can décor be delivered and removed?
Décor and rental items may be delivered on the day of the event. All items must be removed
following the conclusion of the celebration unless prior arrangements have been approved. Early
load-in or late load-out requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
