PLANNING & TIMELINE
Q: When are our key planning deadlines?
Your final menu selections and vendor paperwork are due three Wednesdays prior to your wedding. Final guest count,
entrée breakdown, table assignments, and floorplan are due two Wednesdays prior. Your final balance and signed
Banquet Event Order are due the Wednesday before your event.
Q: Do we need a wedding planner?
Yes. A professional day-of planner is required to oversee logistics and serve as the dedicated point of contact. Your
planner may not be a guest or family member.
Q: How does the planning process unfold?
After confirming your date, you’ll receive a detailed planning workbook and timeline. Couples attend a hosted group
tasting approximately 6–8 months prior, followed by a formal Details Meeting 2–3 months before the wedding to
finalize menu, floorplan, and timeline. The Banquet Event Order becomes the working blueprint for your celebration.
EVENT TIMING & ACCESS
Q: How many hours are included in our event?
Your contract includes six consecutive event hours. Sunday through Thursday events must conclude by 11:00pm;
Friday and Saturday events by 12:00am.
Q: When can vendors and the wedding party arrive?
Vendor load-in begins at 10:00am. The Board Room and Ravello Lounge dressing suites are available from 8:00am on
the event day.
