Q: When may guests arrive?
Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your contracted start time. Invitations must reflect your official event
start time.
Q: When is the rehearsal scheduled?
Rehearsals are coordinated 1–4 days prior, based on availability, and confirmed approximately 30 days before your
wedding.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Q: What is the food and beverage minimum?
The food and beverage minimum is the required spend on menu selections, exclusive of service charge and tax. You
may exceed this amount based on your selections.
Q: Can we bring in outside catering?
All food and beverage must be provided by Bel-Air Bay Club, with the exception of your wedding cake. Select specialty
cultural items may be approved for limited service during the final hour and are subject to fees.
Q: Are tastings included?
Yes. Contracted couples are invited to a complimentary monthly group tasting for two guests.
Q: Do you offer kosher options?
Kosher-style menus are available. Glatt kosher catering is not offered.
Q: How many bars are provided?
Bar setup is based on guest count, with one or two bars provided accordingly. Bar package type must be selected in
advance.
Q: May guests self-serve wine?
No. All beverages must be served by Bel-Air Bay Club staff.
