Q: Can we personalize the space with florals and décor?
Yes. Custom installations, draping, lighting, and specialty elements are welcome with advance approval and proper
insurance documentation.
Q: Are there restrictions we should know about?
Certain décor elements carry weight limits and safety requirements. Candles must be enclosed in glass.
Confetti, fireworks, and similar items are not permitted.
Q: Are cold sparklers, fog, or drones allowed?
Yes, with strict guidelines, approved vendors, and required security deposits. All equipment must be reviewed and
tested onsite prior to guest arrival.
Q: Is music allowed?
Yes. DJs and bands are welcome, with sound levels maintained at 75 decibels per local permit requirements.
GUEST EXPERIENCE & ACCOMMODATIONS
Q: Is valet required?
Valet service is required when anticipating more than 35 vehicles or significant shuttle use.
Q: Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The Lawn and Upper Clubhouse offer stair-free access, and a golf cart is available for guest assistance.
Q: Are onsite guest rooms available?
Nine guest rooms may be reserved directly through the Club, based on availability.
Q: Is wedding insurance required?
Personal wedding insurance is not required but is strongly recommended. All vendors must provide proof of general
liability insurance naming Bel-Air Bay Club as additionally insured.
