SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
‣ 3 Wednesdays prior: Final menu, vendor list, COIs, valet
‣ Additional security required for 25+ guests under 21
confirmation
‣ 2 Wednesdays prior: Final guest count and floorplan
‣ 1 Wednesday prior: Final payment and signed BEO
‣ Dedicated security required for ceiling draping
‣ Security deposits required for certain installations (floral,
draping, drones)
VENDOR GUIDELINES
DÉCOR RESTRICTIONS
‣ $1M minimum insurance required for all vendors
‣ Chandeliers: 10 lb. weight limit
‣ All rentals delivered and removed on event day
‣ Real petals not allowed on Club aisle runner
‣ No drilling, taping, or damage to Club surfaces
‣ Candles must be enclosed in glass
‣ Floor protection required for carts and rentals
‣ No fireworks, confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs
RAIN PLAN
GUEST POLICIES
‣ Indoor ceremony alternative available
‣ No beverages on dance floor or in parking lot
‣ Lawn tenting permitted with client-paid permit
‣ Food and beverage may not leave property
‣ Rain decision required by 10:00am for evening events
‣ Invitation time must match contracted start time
EVENT HOURS
‣ Six consecutive hours included
‣ Latest curfew: 11:00pm (Sun–Thurs) | 12:00am (Fri–Sat)
