At Bel-Air Bay Club, dining is an integral part of
the celebration. With the Pacific as your backdrop
and the evening unfolding in elegant coastal
surroundings, the culinary experience becomes a

la carte, allowing couples to design a dining journey

culinary team approaches every event with a balance

The process begins with intention. Couples select
their preferred dinner style first, whether an elegant
plated service, interactive stations that encourage
movement and conversation, or a warm familystyle gathering that brings guests together at the
table. From there, hors d’oeuvres, specialty starters,
desserts, late-night bites, and a tailored beverage
program are thoughtfully layered in to create a
cohesive flow from cocktail hour through the final
toast. Every selection is individually priced, offering
flexibility to meet or exceed the required food and
beverage minimum while maintaining a highly
personalized and carefully curated approach.
