DINNER SERVICE
Bel-Air Bay Club offers several distinctive dinner styles to suit
the flow of your celebration.
Plated Entrées provide a refined coursed experience with a
choice of salad or soup included. Couples may present two
protein selections and one vegetarian option, with pricing
based on the highest selected entrée.
Duet Entrées feature two complementary proteins artfully
composed on one plate, alongside a vegetarian alternative.
Dinner Stations create an interactive dining atmosphere
with a minimum of three curated stations. Select live action
stations include chef attendants who prepare dishes to order,
adding an engaging culinary element to the evening.
Family-Style Service encourages a shared dining experience,
with seasonal vegetables and thoughtfully paired proteins
presented at each table.
La Brea Bakery rolls, freshly brewed coffee, and hot tea
complete the meal, reinforcing the warmth and hospitality
that define the Club.
DESSERTS
The evening may conclude with a single plated dessert
for all guests or an elaborate dessert display featuring
miniature pastries, cake pops, tarts, and dessert shots.
Dessert stations may complement a plated dinner or be
incorporated into a stations-style reception, offering both
visual impact and variety.
Wedding cakes are welcomed and seamlessly integrated
into service.
