From the first toast to the final dance, the beverage program
is designed to align with your timeline and guest experience.
Couples may select an Unlimited Open Bar Package in Well,
Premium, or Super Premium tiers, or opt for a Consumption
Bar billed per drink served.
Wine and sparkling selections may be offered behind the bar
or poured tableside during dinner and toasts, with thoughtful
pre-estimation to ensure seamless service.
Corkage is available for client-provided 750ml bottles served
during dinner, offering an additional layer of personalization.
A complimentary ceremony water station enhances the
guest experience, with optional enhancements such as citrus
infusions or sparkling wine available upon request.
THE GROUP TASTING EXPERIENCE
Menu planning is elevated through Bel-Air Bay Club’s
hosted group tastings. Designed as a curated event, the
tasting provides a preview of both cuisine and service. Chef
Peter and his team prepare a selection of hors d’oeuvres,
salads, entrées, and desserts, while a sommelier guides
guests through thoughtful wine pairings. The tasting offers
clarity, inspiration, and confidence as couples finalize their
selections.
THOUGHTFUL SERVICE DETAILS
For plated dinners, guests select their entrée preference
in advance, allowing for streamlined service and precise
execution. Discreet meal indicators are incorporated into
seating cards to ensure accuracy and maintain the refined
pace of dinner. Behind the scenes, the culinary and banquet
teams coordinate timing carefully with your custom event
timeline, ensuring each course unfolds naturally.
