VALET SERVICES
Valet service plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth
rhythm of events at Bel-Air Bay Club. The on-site parking
lot accommodates up to 35 vehicles. When anticipated
attendance, vendor presence, or wedding party needs
exceed that capacity, valet coordination is required to
manage arrivals efficiently and preserve the flow of the
event.
Even with fewer vehicles expected, additional rideshare
traffic or shuttle circulation may necessitate parking
oversight. A professional parking attendant ensures
vehicles are directed appropriately, maintaining safety and
preventing congestion within the driveway and surrounding
areas.
For celebrations utilizing shuttle transportation, vehicles
under 30 passengers are recommended due to the
property’s access points. Larger shuttles or frequent
rotations may temporarily reduce available parking spaces
and require additional coordination.
Valet services are exclusively managed by Quality Parking
and contracted separately from the venue. Your coordinator
will help determine whether valet arrangements are
necessary based on guest count and transportation plans.
When thoughtfully arranged, valet service creates an
orderly and welcoming arrival experience, allowing guests
to step into the celebration with ease and confidence.
