SEAMLESS WEDDINGS, UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES
Your wedding day should be as seamless as it is unforge琀琀able. To help you plan every detail with
ease, we have outlined important informa琀椀on about our services, policies, and o昀昀erings below.
What services can the hotel provide?
While we do not provide full planning, our team ensures seamless venue coordina琀椀on and
works closely with your planner.
When Can I Schedule My Tas琀椀ng?
Tas琀椀ngs are scheduled 4-6 months prior to your wedding date and can be booked Tuesday
through Thursday at 2 or 3 p.m. Tas琀椀ngs are complimentary for up to four guests; each
addi琀椀onal guest is $75 per person plus taxes and service charge.
Tas琀椀ngs are designed for you to privately sample and 昀椀nalize your menu. You will have the
opportunity to ask the Execu琀椀ve Chef ques琀椀ons and explore upgrade op琀椀ons. Tas琀椀ngs
are not available on weekends or evenings as our culinary and banquet teams are servicing
in-house events.
Vendor Load In and Load Out
Vendors will have an approved setup 琀椀me coordinated by the hotel and event manager. All
load in/out must use the Oliver Avenue Service Entrance and check in with security before
using the service elevator. Public or guest elevators are not permi琀琀ed for vendor load in/out.
The hotel is not responsible for any vendor equipment and will not move it. Should the hotel
need to move any equipment, a labor fee of $1,500 plus taxes and service charge will be
charged to your master account.
Vendor informa琀椀on and cer琀椀昀椀cates of insurance (COIs) must be provided to your event
manager prior to the event.
