GRAND BALLROOM
The Grand Ballroom serves as the heart of the
venue, offering a dramatic setting for ceremonies
and receptions of significant scale. With soaring
ceilings, skyline views, and flexible floorplans, the
space comfortably accommodates everything from
elegant seated dinners to energetic late-evening
celebrations.
CEREMONY TO RECEPTION
One of The Astorian’s greatest strengths is the
natural flow between each stage of the wedding
day. Guests can arrive, gather, celebrate, dine, and
dance within a single venue while experiencing
distinct environments throughout the event. This
creates a sense of progression that keeps the
energy of the celebration moving effortlessly from
one moment to the next.

SOHO SUITE
Designed for wedding-day preparation, the
Soho Suite offers a spacious and comfortable
environment for getting ready, private moments
with family, and final touches before the festivities
begin. Its scale also makes it well suited for bridal
portraits, engagement photography, and intimate
pre-celebration gatherings.
LEXINGTON LOUNGE
The Lexington Lounge provides an additional
private space that can be utilized for wedding party
preparations, family gatherings, or more intimate
pre-event experiences. Its scale creates a welcome
contrast to the grandeur of the main ballroom.
VIP EXPERIENCES
Private suites, dedicated hospitality areas, and
configurable VIP spaces allow couples to create
experiences tailored to family, wedding parties, and
honored guests. These additional spaces provide
flexibility while maintaining the elevated atmosphere
that defines the venue.
