Emilia’s
Inspired by the sun-kissed ingredients of the
Mediterranean and Adria琀椀c Seas, Emilia’s showcases the
bright 昀氀avors of these drama琀椀c regions. Refreshing
ambiance and inherent energy serve as the invi琀椀ng
backdrop for these inspired dishes though琀昀ully cra昀琀ed by
Execu琀椀ve Chef Preston Paine, in partnership with some
of Texas’ top purveyors and local farms. This space, with
its open kitchen, seasonal pa琀椀o and windows onto Fort
Worth’s cultural district, is an e昀昀ortless choice for
breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Blue Room
A culinary hideaway tucked within The Crescent Hotel
Fort Worth. Available only on Friday and Saturday
evenings, our 6-course tas琀椀ng menu is built en琀椀rely on
Texas-sourced ingredients—o昀昀ering a re昀椀ned explora琀椀on
of the state’s most dis琀椀nct 昀氀avors, told with inten琀椀on,
elegance, and heart. Each week, Execu琀椀ve Chef
Preston Paine cra昀琀s a new expression of place, inspired
by seasonality and rooted in local connec琀椀on.
The Circle Bar
The Circle Bar champions the Mediterranean mood and
mindset by seamlessly transi琀椀oning from day to night.
From morning espressos to a昀琀ernoon aperi琀椀vos and a
rich variety of cocktails, wines, and bites from Emilia’s
menu into the evening, The Circle Bar is the welcoming
social center of the hotel.
Private Dining
Emilia’s features two private dining rooms, both
featuring though琀昀ully curated menus from Execu琀椀ve
Chef Preston Paine. For smaller mee琀椀ngs and events,
there’s the 12-person Wine Room with view into
Emilia’s, and for larger groups, the 18-person Private
Dining Room oversees the outdoor pa琀椀o and is the
perfect space to celebrate.
